The front panels can either be installed in the corresponding flush-mounting/surface-mounting casing (version A) or in any type of casing (version B). In the case of version B, customized front panels can also be connected over driver modules (e.g. synoptic indicator boards).

Using the illuminated pushbuttons of the TL 15 front panel and the pushbuttons that can be connected to the driver modules, the same functions are possible as with the bus pushbuttons (e.g. switching, dimming, control of shutters/ blinds).

In addition, several addresses can be assigned to the individual illuminated pushbuttons and the pushbuttons that can be connected to the driver modules, i.e. each of these pushbuttons can call up several functions (e.g. light off, shutter/blind down, cooling on). The integrated LEDs of the illuminated pushbuttons of the TL 15 front panel are used for status indication.

Note: two pushbuttons respectively are required for functions, such as dimming "brighter/darker".

Various binary operating states can be displayed over the LEDs of the L 40 front panel and the driver module's LEDs (e.g. corridor lighting on/off, cooling active).

Installation of the signaling boards and/or mimic panels in the respective flush-mounting/surface-mounting casing.

Up to six signaling boards and/or mimic panels can be used in any combination.

Neutral, unequipped front panels are used to cover the non-assigned panels of the casing.

The casings contains the control module (with integrated bus coupling unit and RS 232 interface) and the power supply unit.
