Turnkey standard package for controlled machines

The operator panel of the SIJECT 16 has a fixed configuration for operating standard injection moulding machines.

With its edgewise format, it can be mounted almost anywhere, be it a control panel, a bracket or directly on the machine. The complete control electronics are housed separately in a compact interface (CI board).

The CI board contains the S7-300 CPU, the interfaces and the required I/Os and has a cable-connection with the operator panel. The distance between the panel and the CI board can be up to 10 metres (standard is 4 m).

The SIJECT 16 system consists of:

• CI board 16 DP (with PROFIBUS DP and larger program memory) + OP 15 + software + documentation
